Excellent pizza, made exactly as it should be.

The pizza's fine I guess, but it’s only a shell compared to pizza in New York. They don’t have any pies out on display, they won’t serve you slices if it’s within an hour or so of closing (perhaps work on your business if demand is so low that you won’t make a new pie), and at this location, the restaurant always smells like someone diarrheaed in the bathroom and the AC is blowing it everywhere. I’ve brought it up multiple times, but they tell me it doesn’t smell. I apologize for not spending enough time in there to get acclimated, Racasmellis.I suggest you guys take a trip to New York to study what makes their pizza the best in the world and try to emulate it.

This was an okay experience. Food was mediocre and greasy. But the price is good and didn’t take too long. I doubt I’d come back here

Thur7/9/20 530pm😊 Ordered 2 med pizzas; the vegetables I ordered were very, very, few, & the pizzas were salty😖!!! (I guess the taste could depend on who’s chef that day😧... Anyway, for the price of $43, I’ve had pizza from Sam’s Club for under half ↗️this price, & it taste excellent😘!!!No membership required to order from Sam’s Club take out😇.

Best authentic New York style pizza and calzone you can find anywhere around St Louis... period.

This was my first and last visit here. If you advertise a picture of boneless wings, hot probably should have the boneless wings that look like the ones in the picture. Nothing special about this place. Nothing special at all. I can't recommend this place for anything, just keep walking past the window and go somewhere else. I can not make this up if I tried.

POOR delivery , completely wrong order, still waiting for the correct order after a half hour. Had to prompt apology from the management who was not even sure that the right order was being delivered. Not even sure of what to think about such poor accountability and lack of sincerity,

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.. I WENT ONCE AND HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE MANAGER DID NOT SEEM TO CARE.. TODAY I DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY.. I WORK AT BJC ACROSS THE STREET I WENT TO PICK A CPL OF CO WORKERS AND MY FOOD UP TODAY...ONCE AGAIN HORRIBLE.. I WAS TOLD NO RED PEPPER I CLD NOT BE GIVEN MY SODA CUPS BEFORE I GOT MY FOOD. WHEN ASKED IF THEY HAVE A DRINK CARRIER I WAS TOLD KNOW.. WHEN ASKED IF THEY HAD A PLASTIC BAG I CLD HAVE SINCE I HAD I HAD MULTIPLE ORDERS.. I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY..EVEN THOUGH MY SALAD WAS GIVEN TO ME IN A PLASTIC BAG..

Called for information wa shung up on very rudely. I normally go to two other locations for the last 15 years so this was horrible treatment

Weve travel all over the world and this pizza is our favorite. Service can be a little bit friendlier but the pizza is great. People on the counter are always busy answering the phone, helping customers and being waiting tables which takes a bit off from the experience. But if you want good pizza there you have it.

The size of the pizza by the slice was absolutely gigantic! The price was under $4 for it too and they were very generous with the toppings. The inside was very spacious and cozy too. Well lit. Quick service too. I am looking forward to going back and trying more.

Rude cashier but food was awesome

Pizza tastes worse with every visit. The pizza used to be good and that probably holds true for the Delmar location, but this one is trash. Somehow, the female cashier thought I asked for extra pepperoni and when my slice came out, you could tell the cook put extra cheese on top of a slice that had already been cooked. The presentation was atrocious. I was able to get a new slice that looked much better, but was underwhelming to the taste. The only plus was the nice young man who took my salad plate out the way, upon bringing my new slice. Save your money and get better quality pizza in CWE by going to ‘ZZA or Pi.

My uncle who is a throat cancer survivor ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce because the extra sauce makes it easier to swallow was told it would be a 30 minute wait waited an hour got there still had to wait 30 more minutes and the pizza was burnt and had no extra sauce took the pizza back and was told I am not getting my money back and they laughed in my uncle's face please do not go here

The person who brought our pizza to the curbside on 7/23/20 did not wear a mask and when my husband asked him to put it on, he was rude and refused.

By far my favorite pizza place. We live outside the city and drive in specifically for this place. Always reminds me of my pizza place in my home town growing up.

DELICIOUS PIZZA AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. I JUST ORDERED A CHEF SALAD AND IM DISAPPOINTED THE LETTUCE ISN'T CHOPPED INTO SMALL PIECES INSTEAD THE PIECES ARE HUGE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOPPING YOUR LETTUCE INTO SMALL PIECES.

I literally love this pizza! The restaurant is clean, the prices are perfect for a quick lunch, and usually the staff is super helpful and friendly; it's great seeing familiar faces. Today (10/18, 2:30p CST) was the first time I've ever gotten dry/curt service from an employee. She acted as if having to take an order was an inconvenience, rolled her eyes when I asked question about pizza size and walked off mid-order on multiple people in line. The vibe in here is usually casual and amicable, & she definitely isn't a good fit.Edit: Central West End

As far as the food goes, it's the best part of the place. Great style of pizza that you can't find around here most of the time. Don't expect world-class service though

This location has terrible customer service. The food is good but expect a wait to get your food and an even longer wait if they mess anything up.

I've been missing some quick and greasy pizza slices. I just decided to walk in during a bike ride for a quick bite to eat and the food was perfect. Cheap, plentiful, and tasty. If you want some NY style pizza with no frills or expense that is common in CWE, then head here. Staff are friendly and service was fast to boot.

Don't bother - dirty, slow service. Go up the street to Zza, or if you want NY style go to Pie Guy in the Grove or Pizza Head on S. Grand.

i get that they were short staffed today (12/26/19) we waited about 30 minutes for 4 pieces of individual slices. the cashier told us that the pizza had artichoke on it when it had eggplant. they worked without gloves which was disgusting. pizza was more oily than oil itself. pizza was bland and generic, store didn’t seem sanatized. no hair nets too. very very slow, people next to me waited like 45 minutes. no satasfied.

This is by far the best slice of NY style pizza I've ever had. Not as big as typical NY style pies, but definitely amazing!

Pizza is good. We only waited for about 10 minutes. Offered a Togo box and drink. Very nice.

A pizza that we were told would take an hour and 15 min took two hours. And the pizza was mediocre. Their solution? A 50 cent can of soda. Not worth the aggravation.

Slow service - took them 26 minutes to get me the last slice of cheese in my 3-item order. The food that did arrive was unimpressive. The pizza was thin and and so over cooked it was hard to chew through the crust. $14.65 for two slices and wings, which is fine, but not great.

I order 14 inch pizza it was over cook a burned you could taste that the pizza was burnt. An I order some boneless hot wings an they where just some frozen wings that was just warmed up horrible experience will not recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service!! Our office tried to place an order today for 6 of us, and we were trying to figure out how much we would owe individually and asked for their tax rate. The woman on the phone went to find out what is was, but didn't cover the phone when she said "this lady is being difficult, I don't like people like this". Well, we cancelled our order, which was over $60, and don't plan to order from this restaurant again. too many places to get lunch in this area without putting up with rudeness on the phone. And get this - she said she was a manager!
